The Les Chalets Bajja comprises 25 homes spread across three parts:
- A communal building (A) of 23 apartments, from 2 to 4 rooms
- Two individual chalets (B and C)
The architecture draws on the traditional codes of mountain pasture chalets: timber cladding, slate-grey roofs, plinths on stilts.
The interiors offer generous volumes (minimum ceiling height 2,50 m) and extend onto large balconies or terraces to fully enjoy the Alpine panorama.
Construction complies with the RT 2012, acoustic and PRM (reduced mobility) regulations.
