We start from your project (budget, town, type of home, possible financial aid) and select, from the schemes of our partner developers, those that genuinely meet it.
Homes compared side by side
Your adviser compares the shortlisted properties with you: price, floor area, announced delivery date and the grants you may be entitled to.
Clear information
Prices shown are those provided by developers. Any missing information is flagged for confirmation with your adviser, never guessed.
No funds pass through us
JL HOME does not receive any funds, cheques or securities (no handling of client money): your payments are made directly to the developer and the notary.
Regulatory framework
A registered and regulated agency
JL HOME (SASU, RCS Paris 913 596 953) carries on the business of an estate agent, specialising in new-build homes, under the Hoguet Law no. 70-9 of 2 January 1970. The company holds the professional card « T » no. CPI 7501 2025 000 000 489, issued by the CCI Paris Île-de-France and valid until 23/11/2028. It is covered by professional civil liability insurance (ACM IARD) and holds no funds on behalf of its clients.
