JL HOME presents new-build property developments from several developers in France and supports buyers through to signing. The prices shown are those provided by the developers. JL HOME is paid by the developer, under the mandate that binds them. JL HOME is not a credit intermediary: financing falls to the bank or credit broker chosen by the buyer.

The company does not receive any funds, bills of exchange or securities in connection with these transactions (no client funds held).
