Cour Dupleix is the result of a complete restoration of a property complex comprising the Quillet hardware shop, shops, offices, homes and garages.
This new residence transforms the existing building into 39 homes from T1 to T3, spread across 4 buildings at R+1 and R+3, as well as a shop at the foot of the building on Place Dupleix, on the site of the former Quillet hardware store.
The façade on the Place Dupleix side is striking and refined, legible on the one hand at the level of the hardware shopfront, with the elements of the past carefully preserved, and on the other hand in the decoration of the upper floors in the form of two pilasters framing the façade and supporting a cornice, around which vegetation and animals curl. Steeped in traces of the past, this place harmoniously blends authenticity and modernity.
Stone, a noble material par excellence, gives character and a sense of permanence. By preserving the soul of the existing building, the apartments of Cour Dupleix offer quality finishes while improving the energy performance of the homes, perpetuating a history spanning nearly a century.
Particular attention is paid to the reuse and enhancement of heritage elements. Modern comfort is integrated with finesse into each apartment, enriched by the unique charm of the old, which gives it a timeless soul.
A pretty, intimate small inner courtyard is provided at the rear of the project.
