The residence SENIOR Les Balcons d’Annecy is situated in the heart of the town centre of Annecy, a commune of 125.000 inhabitants in the heart of the Haute-Savoie.

Each one also has a balcony or terrace.

The residence, entirely new, offers its residents numerous facilities dedicated to them: restaurant room, private dining room to host family and friends, hairdressing and beauty salon, large terrace, heated indoor swimming pool, media library with television, internet point and reading lounge with fireplace corner.
