Investing

Invest in this programme

This development is bought to be let: you will not live there, and the PTZ does not apply to it. Its strengths, and what to check:

  • Rental income without management

The operator rents and maintains the residence and pays you the rent set out in the lease. This rent depends on the lease and on the operator's financial strength.

  • Recoverable VAT

The displayed price is often exclusive of TVA: you pay the TVA upfront at purchase, then recover it subject to conditions. An adviser will confirm the price inclusive of TVA.

  • The LMNP status

Furnished letting generally falls under the LMNP status, whose tax treatment may reduce the taxation of rental income, depending on your situation.
