Set within this context, a few steps from the wild coast, the beaches and the historic centre, Rocher Bleu brings together 10 houses of T4 and T5 turnkey, with an enclosed garden, garage and parking. To blend harmoniously into the surroundings, the houses have been designed in a Piriac style combining seaside character with the built heritage of a fishing port.
Quality materials have been chosen for genuine comfort in everyday use. Each house is personalised, notably by three models of coloured front doors: red, known as "guérandais", very typical of the town centre; blue, a nod to the ocean; and green, in reference to the leafy surroundings of the development.

Location
A privileged location. Situated in the south of Brittany, at the tip of the Guérande Peninsula, Piriac-sur-Mer is a small seaside resort labelled "Petite Cité de Caractère" for its rich natural, cultural and architectural heritage. Its small winding lanes are home to majestic granite houses elegantly decked with hydrangeas, which have charmed famous writers such as Flaubert and Zola. The Baie du Rocher Bleu. Immediately adjacent to the Côte Sauvage and the beaches, the Rocher Bleu project enjoys a unique location. In the heart of a calm residential setting, the future houses are surrounded by wooded green spaces. Only 600 metres away, walkers can reach the Baie du Rocher Bleu, offering a superb panorama from the Pointe du Croisic to the Pointe de Saint-Gildas de Rhuys. On clear days, the islands of Houat and Hoëdic can be seen.
Expert opinion
Set on the coast, the commune, classified as a "petite cité de caractère", cultivates a quality of life in perfect harmony with its surroundings, notably its preserved coastline. Set within this context, the Rocher Bleu residence, a few steps from the wild coast, the beaches and the historic centre, will offer its residents genuine comfort in everyday use. Attached to its shared access road serving the entrances and garages, the villas will have living rooms located at the opposite side, facing private gardens, for complete privacy and seclusion. The large central shared green space at the heart of the residence may serve as a place to rest, socialise and play for children. The traditional "gable-front" architecture, with its coloured front doors and shutters, presents a style combining seaside character with the architectural character of a fishing port.
