Built in 2014, the residence, previously operated by Nemea until the end of 2025, is located not far from the Cité des Corsaires. It has 2 large heated swimming pools and, as you choose: lovely walks on the pleasant beaches of St-Malo, boat trips at sea, or kitesurfing, surfing or water-skiing courses. It consists of a set of semi-detached houses of type T2, T3 or T4. The residence is rated 7.6/10 according to google.com reviews.
