Located in the heart of Mont-de-Marsan, the Cour Richelieu residence is the result of the renovation of the Hôtel Richelieu, a former private mansion that is emblematic of the town. Steeped in history and recognisable by its neoclassical façade, the building bears witness to the architectural elegance of the XIXth century. It is an example of bourgeois architecture, with its elegant proportions, symmetrical façades and ornate ironwork.
The project involves converting the former hotel into a residence of 44 homes of T1 to T3, spread across 2 buildings at R+3 and R+4 with a basement.
An inner courtyard nestles at the rear of the project, between the two buildings. Apartments opening onto this courtyard or the terrace enjoy pleasant private outdoor spaces, carefully defined by planted window boxes, ensuring both privacy and landscape harmony. Some upper-floor homes benefit from balconies, extending the living areas outdoors.
The Cour Richelieu residence contributes to the renewal of the historic centre, combining heritage and modernity.
