Your result in detail
Indicative income tax (IR) saving at a constant TMI
- Deduction modelled on total income
- 50 000 €
Estimate limited to the assumptions below. It does not confirm the property’s eligibility and does not replace a tax study or a financing agreement.
Transparent method
What this tool calculates
Modelled deduction = the lower of the eligible costs and the taxable income entered. Approximate income tax saving = modelled deduction × marginal rate (TMI). The full progressive scale is not reconstructed: the result may overstate the saving if the deduction moves you into a lower band.
Assumptions and limits of the calculation
- Enter only the share of charges whose deduction from overall income has already been confirmed for this property. The simulator does not determine whether works are deductible.
- The calculation is limited to the taxable income entered and applies a constant TMI. It does not reconstruct the income tax bands and does not calculate carry-forwards, grants or rental income. Protection, use, ownership structure and the fifteen-year retention period should be checked.
Questions about the simulator
Is the result an offer or an eligibility confirmation?
No. The calculation is based on the assumptions entered and the method shown. The conditions of the property, the contract, your household and the financing must be checked before any decision.
Do you need to leave your details to see the result?
No. The simulator works without registration. The figures you enter are used for the calculation in your browser; you then choose whether to contact JL HOME.
