What this tool calculates
Theoretical reduction = gross annual rents under a conventionné agreement × rate of the chosen level. Rates of 15 % / 35 % without intermediation and 20 % / 40 % / 65 % with intermediation. The usable amount takes account of the available tax and the ordinary overall cap.
Assumptions and limits of the calculation
- The rent entered must comply with the local ceiling under the Anah agreement. The calculator does not determine this ceiling. Assumes a full year of gross rent collected, excluding charges.
- Loc1 / Loc2: 15 % / 35%, or 20 % / 40 % with intermediation. Loc3: 65 % with mandatory intermediation. Available tax and overall cap of €10,000 applied. Six-year agreement, dwelling, DPE and tenant eligibility to be verified.
