The retirement home Val Pré is located in AUBAGNE (Bouches-du-Rhône), regional capital of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur and, 2nd largest urban area in France. A 15 minutes from Marseille, 25 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 40 minutes from Toulon, AUBAGNE is perfectly served by the motorway A5 as well as the SNCF station (a 5-minute journey from the residence).
In the centre ofAUBAGNE with an open view over the heart of the town and the surrounding hills, the residence Val Pré, is close to all amenities and a short walk from the hospital centre, a pharmacy and dental centres.
Numerous transport links (bus, tram) serve the residence, and provide access to the town centre.

The Retirement Home Val Pré is a standard EHPAD which welcomes independent, semi-dependent or dependent seniors in individual or double apartments. The residence has 94 bedrooms for both permanent and temporary stays, with an occupancy rate of 97,5% in 2017. It also holds a Alzheimer unit with a capacity of 24 beds.
Each of the rooms is equipped with private toilets and shower room. In addition, each time a resident leaves, the room is refurbished so as to maintain the high standard of service.
