At the entrance to the town of Ferney, the Paimboeuf sector continues the urbanisation of the town centre. It creates a new link between the Town Hall and the Place du Jura, and offers a new relationship between the historic centre of the town and the Franco-Swiss border. It is at the heart of this major project that the new OGIC residence, "Impulsion", comes to life, offering you the opportunity to become the owner of your new apartment.
"Impulsion" offers attractive apartments from 3 to 5 rooms, dual-aspect and opening onto a generous outdoor space.
"Impulsion" follows an ecological approach aimed at obtaining several labels and certifications that guarantee a high-quality development that is more respectful of the environment and more energy-efficient. To achieve this environmental ambition, the project provides for the use of bio-based materials, such as timber, in the architecture. The residence is connected to an existing district heating plant. Particular attention will be paid to the landscaped management of rainwater through the creation of a rain garden at the heart of the block, and to biodiversity through a rigorous selection of plant species.
The residence complies with the RE 2020, which aims to improve the energy performance and comfort of buildings while reducing their carbon impact.
On the top floor of the building, a rooftop (open-air terrace) gives all residents the opportunity to share convivial moments with neighbours, families or friends.
All designed to offer dual aspects, the apartments are extended by an outdoor space: a balcony or terrace, providing an extra room when the warm weather arrives. From 3 to 5 rooms, the range of homes meets every need:
Investor: its exceptional location, in the immediate vicinity of Switzerland, makes the apartments in the residence a safer* investment.

To live in: more spacious areas and well-defined spaces for 3-room, 4-room or 5-room homes. Adaptable homes thanks to "open" layouts that make it easy to combine rooms, with the aim of responding to changing lifestyles and allowing your family to transform its apartment over time.
