A few steps from the Old Port, the Croisette, its historic palaces and shops, the beach and the Lérins Islands from which it takes its name, the Villa also has something nautical about it. And something splendid. Perhaps the look of a ship. As on an ocean liner, the terraces are open walkways onto the horizon. They look out on a blue that is always sunlit or starlit, whatever the season: the Mediterranean sky. These are airy villas, each with a Jacuzzi and a solarium, scented by the hanging gardens and the fragrances of the residence park. In the evening, at sunset, one can make out in the distance, where the last lights of the bay glitter, the Croisette, the seaside paths and sailing boats setting out… Could this be Maupassant's Bel-Ami?
