Its president, Karim Khenissi, also founded ESMA in 1993, a school internationally recognised for the quality and breadth of its artistic teaching, offering courses in Space Design, Graphic Design and 3D Animation Cinema across 7 campuses: Montpellier, Toulouse, Lyon, Nantes, Bordeaux, Rennes and Montreal. The residences are mostly integrated into creative teaching campuses, which ensures optimal occupancy. More than 3 000 student housing units are operated by the group, across 23 student residences. In 2021 the group acquired the operator Privilodges and its 9 urban residences and -5 business residences, still operated under the Privilodges brand. The group is family-owned: Karim Khenissi -40%, Isabelle Khenissi -40%, Lucas Khenissi -10% and Paul Khenissi -10%.
