Fenouillet is a town in full development, just 12 km from Toulouse, combining the advantages of a peaceful, green setting with proximity to the dynamic Toulouse metropolitan area. Located between the Garonne and the Lac du Bocage, the town appeals with its natural surroundings, valued by families and walking enthusiasts, notably thanks to riverside walking paths. Its artistic history, marked by the works of Henri Matisse, is still palpable today, with landscapes that continue to inspire.
Fenouillet offers all the services needed for a practical and pleasant everyday life: schools, a nursery, a media library, a variety of sports facilities and a large shopping centre, La Galerie Espaces Fenouillet, for grocery shopping, a bite to eat or a trip to the cinema. Getting around is made easy by a TER station and numerous bus routes, allowing residents to reach the heart of Toulouse in under 15 minutes.
