Our reading of the location

Why live or invest here: we look at the neighbourhood before the programme

A great programme in the wrong location is still a poor purchase. Before presenting a property to you, JL HOME analyses its neighbourhood on four concrete criteria, for your quality of life as well as for resale value.

  • Transport & access

Lines, stations and main roads: we assess real journey times to your workplace and the town centre.

  • Shops & services

Everyday neighbourhood life (shops, healthcare, services): a property that is pleasant to live in and easy to re-let.

  • Schools & families

Nurseries, schools and secondary schools nearby: a key factor for resale as well as for a family home.

  • Green spaces & surroundings

Parks, riverbanks and urban breathing space: the setting that makes the difference between a home and a place to live.
