The "Villa Océane" residence is located in the commune of Belz, in a privileged setting in Morbihan, between Vannes, Auray and Lorient, 5 minutes' walk from the town centre and 10 minutes' drive from the beach, close to the picturesque River Étel and the islet of Saint-Cado.
