Cenon is a commune in south-western France, located in the Gironde department, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region, and part of Bordeaux Métropole. Nestled at the foot of a small hill overlooking the alluvial plain, the town of Cenon lies within the boundaries of the constantly growing Bordeaux conurbation, at the centre of the Arcachon–Bordeaux–Libourne axis.
