The Transformation of a XXth-Century Building. The property consists of three buildings, until now used exclusively as offices. The first and oldest, whose façades form a corner with rue du Rempart Sainte-Foy, draws on Art Deco architecture: rounded forms in some mouldings, wrought-iron balcony railings. The other two buildings are of a more recent architecture, offering large picture windows and bright interiors. Once restored, these buildings will offer their residents a very comfortable living environment, thanks to high ceilings, generous volumes and wide openings.
